Museum Education

RCCA invites everyone to learn about the visual arts by exploring exhibitions in our Stedman Gallery.

For K-12 groups, our gallery education programs enrich classroom learning. For older adult groups, they support lifelong curiosity and healthy aging. For everyone, they provide a chance to come together to explore the creative process.

Bring your group to the Stedman Gallery for a tour of the current exhibition, followed by an artmaking activity.

What to expect:

  • 45-minute tour led by certified arts educator, based on NJ learning standards
  • 45-minute artmaking activity related to the exhibition. Students take what they make!
  • Resource packet provided to teachers / group leaders before your visit
  • Tours and arts activity can be adapted to accommodate learners’ needs and ages
  • Best for groups of 5 to 25. All ages and abilities encouraged!

Reservation required. To book your free visit or learn more contact: RCCA-Info@Camden.Rutgers.edu
