The Stedman Gallery presents an engaging exhibition of artworks and objects collected by individuals living and/or working in the city of Camden. The collectors include Camden City Mayor Dana L. Redd, Rutgers University–Camden student and retired teacher Bert Hubbard and his partner Chris Deane, Rutgers University–Camden Professor of Film Studies and comix fan Robert Emmons, and Cal Maradonna, director of Rutgers–Camden Studies Abroad program.

Also highlighted will be recent additions to Rutgers University–Camden collections by donors John Charles Miller, a 1959 graduate of Rutgers-Camden, and his husband, Robert Bixler, drawings of Olga Moore by Professor of Music Joseph Schiavo, and Professor Emerita of Art History Roberta K Tarbell, as well as recently reframed sketches by renowned court artist Richard Tomlinson presented with accompanying court transcripts.

The Stedman Gallery houses a collection of 470-plus artworks by 20th and 21st century artists with a focus on works of art on/of paper by American artists. The works displayed through campus includes that have been acquired through donations and acquisitions, and are newly framed.
